Red Wine 1 bottle Apple (any variety) 1 each Orange 1 each Cherries, pitted 1 cup Orange juice 1 cup Ginger, peeled 1/4 cup Sage, fresh 4-6 stems Triple Sec 1/2 cup Dark liquer (brandy, rum, tequila, etc.) 1/2 cup Tonic water 1 cup | 1. Chop all the fruit and ginger in to medium sized chunks. 2. Combine all ingredients except for the tonic water into a large pitcher. 3. Stir and mash the fruit gently. 4. Allow to sit in the refrigerator over night. 5. When ready to serve, add the tonic water and gently mix to incorporate. |
