Tip of the Week
I'm not a culinary or nutrition expert - but I'm definitely trying to be.
I've worked in amazing restaurants, so I'd like to think that know a thing or two about cooking like a chef. But, I've been struggling with this internal battle:
cook like a chef or eat like a dietitian? I like to eat right and I try to fit into the
"dietitian" stereotype of always eating healthfully, but who doesn't love butter?
We'll see how this goes.

Tip #1 |
Play with your food. Get your significant other to cook with you. Get your kids to cook with you. Get anyone who will listen to you to cook with you. Studies have shown that more family meals contributes to healthier lifestyles for children. Getting kids involved in cooking will make the process easier and more fun while also introducing kids to new foods and making all foods more desirable. Practice, practice, practice.
